Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Kiki Spares website ("Website") and purchasing products from Kiki Spares ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website or purchase products from us.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change the prices of any products listed on our Website at any time without prior notice. All prices are in Pound sterling (GBP) unless otherwise specified. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing information; however, errors may occur. In the event of an incorrect price or product description, we reserve the right to correct the error and update your order accordingly.

By placing an order on our Website, you agree to provide accurate and current information, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and payment information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders with incomplete or inaccurate information, orders suspected to be fraudulent, or orders that violate these Terms.

a. Shipment Processing Time

UK Mainland: All orders are processed within 1 business day if you order before 2 pm (Monday – Friday). Estimated delivery (2-4 working days) depending on the item and the delivery location.
Scotland and Northern Ireland: Estimated delivery (3-5 working days).
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

b. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

UK Mainland: £9.99 Delivery charge for orders less than £150 by courier services. FREE Delivery Charge for orders more than £150 by courier services.
Scotland and Northern Ireland: £25.00 delivery charge by courier services.

c. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

d. Damages

Kikispares.co.uk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please ask the delivery driver to record the damage and also send us pictures (sales@kikispares.co.uk) of the damaged packaging materials and damaged goods in order to make the claim.

a. Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

The cost of returning the item is on the buyer, and we charge a 10% handling fee on the total value of the returned item.

b. Refunds

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a credit for you.

While we make every effort to ensure that the products listed on our Website are in stock and available for purchase, product availability is subject to change without notice. If a product you have ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you via email and provide you with the option to either wait for the product to become available, select an alternative product, or cancel your order and receive a refund.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that it has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us at sales@kikispares.co.uk with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and you must follow our return and refund policy.

Products sold on our Website may be covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty details, if applicable, can be found in the product description. Any warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer. Kiki Spares disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall Kiki Spares be liable for any damages of any kind, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Website, the products sold on our Website, or any services provided by Kiki Spares. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

All content on our Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Kiki Spares or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of our Website's content is strictly prohibited.
